SRGENSET has a rigorous product quality control process. During machine production, after assembly, we conduct a 1-2 hour load test. After labeling, we first confirm the color, configuration, appearance, and overall standard of the generator set in the customer’s order. Once confirmed, we inspect the generator set for any external or internal defects, check for missing parts and test reports, and finally verify that the quantity matches the order. We ensure our customers receive reliable generator sets.
